Life can be changed in a blink of an eye. At times it leaves us asking God why?
At the beginning you don’t know what to do, what to say or who to turn to.
You cry in hope it will all come clear, nothing in sight and no answers are near.
You search and search in hope to find, nothing comes and it leaves you feeling blind.
Blind to the whole situation you’re in, can’t see in front of you or where you’ve been.
The pain you feel is unbearable, it leaves you with nothing but to be hopeful.
God said he’d never leave nor forsake us, it was then he spoke and “faith” is what I heard.
So I prayed and I prayed, and miracles were made.
I never once forgot to thank him for the blessings he gave me, my husband is a miracle to this day you see.
I had my faith in the one sitting high on the throne, through this accident my relationship with God has grown.
Sometimes it takes rough storms to bring us to our knees, for us to realize that God is the only one whom our pain he can ease.
He’s the first one I go to when the doctors have something negative to say, it is then and there I drop to my knees to pray.
You don’t know how strong you are until being strong is all you can do, just remember no matter how bad the situation is God already knew.
Keep you faith in God strong, soon he will turn this trial into a joyous song.
I learned a lot about trials like this in church, just never imagined it would be me with answers to search.
There is a sermon I often reply, it is then I am reminded when life gets too hard, pray.
The sermon “Life is hard, but God is good” is so true, I really took heed listening to it on Sunday in that pew.
But I’ve learned you’ve got to praise God through your storm, then set back and watch his miracles form.
So when life gets hard and gets you down, remember this is just a storm and God will not let you drown!
